Team Building Blue Mountains

Looking for a team event in the beautiful Blue Mountains?  We run a series of unique indoor and outdoor challenges across the Blue Mountains, working with Fairmont Resort, Escarpment Group (Lilianfels, Echoes, Parklands & Hydro Majestic) and One&Only out at Wolgan Valley.  We also work as far as Lithgow and Bathurst. We run Laser Tag exclusively at Fairmont Resort, Blue Mountains. Its the best team building playground there is, especially for this particular event! We have everything from uniforms, to face paint, camo-netting, and even inflatable oil drums, and of course Laser Zapping guns! A true "zone" is created, with bases at each end, and objectives to achieve through the leadership and strength of your team's Commander. This Blue Mountains team building event is even more special because it works from 10x people all the way up to 300x.

Segway Blue Mountains also exclusively runs at Fairmont Resort, Leura. We've run our operation there for more than six years now, and are experts in showing your team a good time. "The Survivalist" event is one of our most popular, and a great option at any hotel in the Blue Mountains. Team are pit against one another in a race to demonstrate their aptitude to survive, through a series of "cache" collection points, combined with various challenges.

We also have our own version of Amazing Race, which is also a rotation format throughout the grounds of the hotels.

Should you wish an off-site event then we have a specialist event run exclusively with Scenic World, where we combine team building with the three rides of the The Cableway, Skyway and Railway. This event is called, Difficulty, Synergy, Speed & Effectiveness @ Scenic World.

The good news is that Blue Mountains events go ahead no matter what. As a professional events business, we always have a Plan B, working with you and the venue that you've booked with to make arrangements. Sometimes we'll revert to a standard indoor alternative, and others we'll be able to run a variant of what you've booked indoors.

The Blue Mountains weather forecast should be treated with caution. In our experience, the "rain" forecasts often blow over, and our strategic advantage as a business is that we are physically based in the Blue Mountains, so we have the best direct view on event day.

We're happy to say that the majority of our team building events go ahead outside, as planned, but the main thing we emphasise is that we've got you, the customer, at the forefront of our mind.
