Our philosophy is that group activities are about Play, Empowerment and Inspiration! We tailor a series of indoor and outdoor services to meet your desired outcomes, whether it be at a conference or internal team day.

What Do We Do?

We do everything from 10 to 300 persons. And we are happy to customize any events for you! Our Operations Manager, for example, has more than 20 years in the industry and designed the challenges for hit TV shows such as Biggest Loser, Fort Boyard and Gladiator.

Our History

We started off in the Blue Mountains in 2012 with a fresh energy, innovative approach and clear vision. This led to a rapid expansion across NSW, and we now have have relationships with all the major venues and hotels. You'll find us delivering team building across the Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney CBD, Central Coast, Southern Highlands and Wollongong.

Chris is the CEO of three businesses and is never afraid to take on a challenge.  Team Building is a natural expression of his playful personality!

 

He believes that socially minded business is a way to give back to the community and that our relationships inside the workplace matter just as much as relationships to customers.  He has fostered teams that love coming to work and thrive in the workplace with common value systems and common goals.  The “aliveness” that is infectious around Chris is ever present in the businesses that Chris leads.
